Arriva Traincare have an exciting opportunity arise for a Service Delivery Leader based out of Arriva TrainCare's Crewe depot.

Contract:
Permanent contract working an average of 40.5 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off basis. The hours available are 06:00 – 18:00

What will this role of Service Delivery Leader entail?

Reporting into the Depot Manager you will be responsible for leading, supporting and motivating team members within the maintenance teams to achieve set production targets. As well as assisting the depot manager in ensuring all areas of the business is kept up to date. Duties will include, although will not be limited to:

  • Implementation and maintenance of safety systems, production efficiency and quality output at the Crewe depot

  • Drive a positive safety culture and ensure safety KPI’s and targets are met / delivered.

  • Management of the Exam Teams and Light Maintenance Activities on Depot

  • Carry out accident and incident investigations

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
What will I need to be considered for this Service Delivery Leader role?

  • NVQ Level 3 certificate in Engineering - Rail Traction & Rolling Stock preferred

  • Good standard of education , minimum apprentice trained CI Fitter / Electrician

  • Full understanding of depot operations and rail vehicle maintenance both electrical and mechanical

  • Good understanding of railway reporting systems i.e. Equinox, SAP, Maximo, Ravers 2 and Nexala

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings

  • Experience of lean production techniques
