We are currently looking to recruit for a Production Supervisor to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients business at the Manchester Dairy.
The role will provide an integral link between the production and engineering teams. The role holder will embody our MMI Brand Values: Be Bold, Focus, Own it. The first response technician will minimise inefficiency and support the production teams.
The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 shifts off - Day shift 7am - 7pm, Night shift 7pm - 7 am).
Key responsibilities:
- High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
- Constant recognition that the value creation is “level 1” - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams
- Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
- Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to “100 year fix” in real time
- Working closely as ONE TEAM with Rapid Response Engineers
- Immediate “go, look, see” the issue by visiting the workstation when called upon
- Maintenance excellence / Asset care

Muller Responsibilities:
- Works on active OE projects continuously
