It’s a busy time for our Reward team and we have an exciting We’re very excited to be investing in a new opportunity for a Reward Partner to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract to support our continued growth.

You’ll have a key role in salary benchmarking, providing advice, guidance and solutions on reward matters, and supporting the Head of Reward with operational activities and deliver reward projects and initiatives.

As a Reward Partner at The University of Law, you will be:
- Providing high quality salary benchmarking analysis
- Providing advice, guidance and solutions to reward-related queries
- Administering employee benefits schemes, such private medication insurance and group pension scheme
- Supporting the delivery of reward projects and initiatives
- Teaming up with the wider People & OD team on exciting reward projects, including developing and embedding employee/reward branding
We are looking for individuals who have/are:
- Experience of working in a reward / compensation and benefits role probably as a Reward Analyst, Reward Advisor or in an HR role with Reward as a specialism
- Solid experience of using salary benchmarking tools, preferably Korn Ferry and/or Cendex
- Demonstrable understanding of job evaluation methodologies
- Experience of working with significant amounts of information, providing analysis, insights and reports
- Confident communicator, with an assertive, resilient and tenacious attitude
- Enquiring and prepared to challenge
- Proactive, ability to use own initiative
